Because each item is produced after you place your order, shipping times may vary depending on the production partner, product type, and destination. Below, we outline our shipping process to help you understand what to expect.
Production and Fulfillment Times
All products are made to order through our network of printing partners. Production typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the product, print provider, and current order volume. Here’s what to expect:
- Most orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, supplier stock issues), production may take up to 7 business days.
- Large orders (12+ items) or items requiring reprints due to quality checks may take longer.
- An estimated ship-by date will be available in your order details once production begins.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method. Shipping times vary based on the production partner, destination, and shipping option:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic, U.S.): Typically 2-5 business days.
- Standard Shipping (International): Usually 10-30 days, depending on the destination.

Express Shipping (U.S. Only): Available for select products. Delivers within 2-3 business days after production for an additional fee.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or external factors like weather or holidays.
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is the sum of production time + shipping time:
- Example (Domestic U.S., Standard Shipping): 2-7 business days (production) + 2-5 business days (shipping) = 4-12 business days total.
- Example (Express U.S.): 2-5 business days (production) + 2-3 business days (shipping) = 4-8 business days total.
- Example (International): 2-7 business days (production) + 10-30 days (shipping) = 12-37 business days total.
These estimates are based on historical data and may vary. We recommend allowing extra time during peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the production partner, product type, and destination. Rates are calculated at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Starts at $4.75 for the first item (U.S.), with additional items varying by provider. International rates vary.
- Express Shipping (U.S.): Adds an extra charge for eligible products.
- Multiple Items: If your order includes products from different partners, they may ship separately, incurring separate shipping fees.
Whenever possible, we work with partners closer to your location to reduce shipping time and costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status in your account under “Order History.” If your tracking number isn’t working or your order is delayed, email us at support@joemuggins.com, and we’ll investigate.
Potential Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes (e.g., during Black Friday, Christmas, or other holidays).
- Weather events, strikes, or carrier disruptions (e.g., USPS closures on federal holidays).
- Stock shortages, requiring additional time to restock.
- Customs processing for international orders.

Important Notes
- Shipping Upgrades: Express shipping is available for select U.S. orders but does not speed up production time. Standard shipping orders cannot be upgraded after checkout.
- Delivery Locations: Domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker instead of directly to your address.
- International Orders: Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
